After School Training Program

Our brand new performance center is finally complete. JH Sports is excited to inform you about our new after school Training Program. Here are the essentials:

  • Duration: 2 - 60 minute training sessions each week designed specifically for the athlete. Program beings October 23rd and runs for 6 months.

  • Location: JH Sports Center 254 Main Street

All athletes can come to two gym times per week to get a workout in with our strength and conditioning coach Tanner Somers. Programs will be designed specifically to each athlete, and we will have an app available to check progress and follow workouts.

Gym times will all be open up to a maximum of 12 athletes, so athletes will be expected to call in weekly to let us know which times you will be attending. If there is a time that works every week, please let us know and we can book you in advance. Open times are below.

Options for program design and progress tracking are also available for those that can't make it to our facility and/or have access to a home gym. Having the proper in season program is critical!
