Functional Movement

growing up an avid athlete, Jamie’s first True passion was golf. after a successful tournament career with 15 professional wins, his golf coaching career began when he found himself searching for data on how the body and club affected the golf shot. What he found were ancient methods based on how the body or ball flight “looks”. in 2010 Jamie discovered a system capable of measuring exactly how the body moved joint by joint. This was the answer to the data problem and the beginning of JH Sports.

Since then with advanced equipment such as motion capture and launch monitors JH sports moves forward with the core value of “Test, don’t Guess”. Improvement is easier and faster when you start with data.

Jamie currently consults For NHL ORganizations and he has coached multiple Canadian National junior golf champions, local sports stars and National organizations.
